Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate Team

John Tomlin, CEO

John is a graduate of the Wharton School, past CEO of AAA Auto Club South and an active community leader. He spent the past 26 years developing a rapidly growing sales force at AAA. Starting with the belief of total transparency and an agent-centric culture, the sales force grew from 35 agents to over 350. This growth was the result of careful hiring, solid training, ongoing mentoring and technology that simplified the process for agents. He then separated selling from servicing clients. This allowed sales agents to do what they do best while the team provided outstanding service for clients. John brings a similar innovation to TSC to enable each agent to achieve their potential.

Holly Tomlin, Principal

Holly’s experience as owner of Tomlin Staffing for over 30 years brings many dimensions to the TSC team. She worked with HR directors, assisting their key executives in relocating to Tampa Bay. Those relationships are critical in developing a pipeline of leads for agents. Holly is focused on recruiting the best of the best agents to represent the TSC brand and looks forward to mentoring our agents to grow to their fullest potential as small business owners. Holly also is passionate about delivering superior customer service. She is known in the Tampa Bay community through her leadership roles - most notably with the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Tampa General Hospital, USF Executive Health board and The Rotary Club of Tampa.

Ali St Cyr, Broker Associate

Ali has risen to be among the top 1% in Hillsborough County for total sales production by creating a highly effective sales strategy that puts her clients’ needs first. Through mentorship and training, she teaches agents that are selected to be a part of the elite Tomlin St Cyr team the proven techniques to become a top producing agent. She gives agents the tools to working quickly and efficiently to rise in this incredibly competitive market. Her goal is to make sure every agent has the confidence and skills they need to provide great service. A proud, life-long resident of Tampa Bay, Ali has been recognized as a Tampa Bay Business Journal Up & Comer for her community involvement and leadership in the business sector. She also recently closed on one of the highest sales in Tampa Bay for 2017. 

Mary Ann Porter, Managing Broker

As the Managing Broker of Tomlin St Cyr and Associates, Mary Ann is dedicated to supporting, mentoring and encouraging our agents to strive for absolute excellence in their real estate careers and their dealings with clients, other agents and all involved in today’s complicated world of residential real estate. Having lived in Tampa for nearly four decades, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance and selling real estate for more than 25 years, she brings a level of education, experience and knowledge that she shares with our agents each and every day. At Tomlin St Cyr, our goal is to ensure that our agents provide a level or professionalism and integrity second to none and always have their clients best interest at heart.

Diana Kurtz, Director of Training & Development

As a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI), Diana commits to helping agents every step of the way. She knows that continuous learning and development are important components to an agent’s success. With her emphasis on education, development and compliance, she will plan, organize and direct a wide range of training activities as well as one-on-one mentoring to provide the greatest chance of success. She’s fluent in Spanish and passionate about education, networking and volunteering, and serves on numerous committees. Being active in both the local and state Real Estate Boards enables her to provide agents with best practices from the industry as well as the best training currently available.

Charise Strandberg, Director of Marketing & Digital Media

Charise is a graduate of The University of Florida and has lived in Tampa Bay for over 25 years. She is recognized as a global online influencer and one of the top 400 women to follow online. She is skilled in brand management and the overall digital experience for both the business and client. She has a passion for keeping up to date on constantly evolving technologies and brings a unique blend of technical skills, writing, content strategy, customer relationship management, and an understanding of all things digital. Having worked with hundreds of small businesses in Tampa Bay, she is well known in the community and her mission has always been to help businesses understand the value of having a strong online presence while providing users and potential customers with the best experience.

Suzy Mesmer, Public Relations & Media Consultant

Suzy manages the Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate Services brand as a premier company for integrity and service. She utilizes multiple marketing strategies, including social media platforms, direct mail, online and email marketing, video production and public relations. Suzy has built solid relationships with marketing vendors and media outlets. With more than 15 years of experience in the broadcast journalism industry, Suzy is deadline driven and detail oriented with a critical eye for improving writing, photography and design. She works meticulously to find solutions to urgent issues, resulting in successful real estate transactions. Suzy also is passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers for Special Olympics, Make-A-Wish and The Junior League of Tampa.
