Aimee proudly serves all of Tampa Bay and provides a specialized focus in her hometown of Valrico, where she has lived for over 30 years, as well as the surrounding Brandon, Riverview and Fishhawk communities. Her extensive knowledge of the Eastern Hillsborough area of Tampa Bay is her strength and will benefit clients in making the right decision when buying or selling their home.  

As a proud Tampa native, Aimee is a former Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleader who served her community while participating in military tours to Japan, Korea and Hawaii and visiting several military bases within the United States entertaining our troops. Prior to joining the Tomlin St. Cyr Real Estate team, Aimee worked as a licensed medical aesthetician, licensed electrologist and certified laser specialist developing and maintaining a strong clientele. She was responsible for developing a Laser & Electrology Program and used her marketing skills to recruit and enroll students.  She plans to use those talents, along with her outgoing personality in attracting and retaining her real estate clients.

Aimee is married to her high school sweetheart, Alex, and enjoys cooking, baking and entertaining family and friends.
