Carol Pooley Realtor, GRI
A native of Gainesville, FL, Carol moved to Tampa after graduating from the University of Florida. Aside from a brief relocation to New Jersey, Carol calls the Tampa Bay Area home and is truly a Tampa-girl at heart.
Although Carol's career path has led her through a successful career in advertising, marketing and sales, real estate is her true passion. Some would even say it's in her DNA. Her mother was a successful realtor for over 50 years, and her sister is a realtor/attorney in Gainesville.
Carol joins the Tomlin St. Cyr family as a founding realtor with over 14 years of real estate experience and a proven record of success, counting the distinguished GRI designation as one of her many accomplishments. She's involved in the community and values her membership in the MacDill Alliance as one of significance and is a strong supporter of our local military friends and neighbors.
"Selling my “unique” home had become a challenge. In a nine month period, it was shown twice, without any interest. I felt I needed an aggressive, award winning realtor. Carol’s 15 years experience was a perfect match for selling my home. She advised me on staging and uncluttering. Her knowledge of the current market was invaluable in the negotiation process. Carol completed the transaction smoothly and handled each issue through the closing with finesse. She also negotiated a condo lease for me and handle that with the same professionalism. Carol Pooley will always be my recommendation to anyone in selling and buying a home. She’s awesome!" - Joanie Corneil
"I just wanted to take a moment and let you know how wonderful Carol Pooley was to work with selling my home. She went above and beyond the call of duty to get everything listed beautifully, the pictures she had done made me remember why I loved that home! She even went room by room to stage them to show the best. Due to her brilliant skills we had a contract on the house within a couple of days of listing the home, and sold in about a month. When any inspections or work had to be done during work hours she made sure she was available to help if I was not able to be there. All in all she the whole home selling process a piece of cake! If you are looking to buy or sell a home she is definitely the lady I would recommend calling to get it done." - Telzey Ecklin
