"Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for going on the wild ride of house hunting with us and being there every step of the way! When we found this beauty, we knew it was home and appreciate everything you did to help us get the deal done! Many people may not know how hard it is in South Tampa's hot market, so there were stressful moments, but you were there for us. We are grateful forever!" - Denise and Tracy
"Thank you for all the work you put in for us around the clock to help us find and buy our dream home. We couldn't have done it without you." - Your very happy clients, Trent and Lennon
"My husband and I are building a new home in Valrico. Broke ground on Feb. 21 and are scheduled to close on June 27. Sold the home we are in now in 4 days (Thank you very much Christine Sloan Smith with Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate). Seriously it went on the market on Friday, April 1 and by that Tuesday we had three offers to choose from. Couldn't have worked out any better. We are very excited." - Anonymous
